If I could give no stars I would, one star is to generous for this so called company.Don't waste your hard earned money on this removal company. They don't give a dam ,and obviously don't give you the service they promote.I had my furniture etc moved back to the UK from Spain, the initial pick up was good except they ran out out packaging so took several items to pack up at their depot. Bad move I never received these items, they were put on itinerary, but never delivered. There were other items not delivered, I got in touch with Andrew the person I was dealing with,and the excuses I got were ... Are they packed up with something else ,No , I will look into it, then I'm on the case then nothing .Then I get a voice message to say my initials were the same as someone elses who they had picked up on the same day ,so maybe my items had gone to their address he would look into it , utter madness. Then I got had I got other items missing,yes was the answer to that , because apparently the delivery people were deleting items off their / my itinerary,I can't believe this utter rubbish. The Company who delivered in UK was Walton's removals of Southend, were the drivers who were doing this deleting, driving for this company, I'm not told much more , just blocked me then try to say he hadn't ,some lame excuse about a family matter . I have tried to find out several things by email now , because they don't want to deal with WhatsApp now lol 😆. If you value your belongings don't use this company,they promise but don't deliver and don't want to deal with the fallout when items go missing, just insist it's been delivered when it hasn't. I don't like being accused of lying as such because this is what it boils down to ,why would I lie , I lost all sorts electricals, valuable items, collectors items and items that are irreplaceable.
Obviously don't have lost in transit insurance otherwise they would have sorted this problem, a different way , but they are just not genuine
