**Excelente autoescuela, muy recomendable** Desde el primer momento me sentí muy bien atendido por el personal de la autoescuela. Las gestiones para la inscripción fueron rápidas y claras, sin complicaciones. El trato del personal fue siempre amable y profesional, lo que hizo que todo el proceso fuera muy cómodo. En cuanto al profesor, no puedo estar más satisfecha. Además de ser muy profesional, tiene una manera de enseñar que hace las clases muy amenas. Se nota que tiene mucha experiencia y sabe adaptarse a las necesidades de cada alumno, dándome la confianza que necesitaba para afrontar el examen práctico. Gracias a la excelente preparación, conseguí aprobar. Sin duda, recomendaría esta autoescuela a todos los que estén buscando un lugar serio, con buenos profesionales y un trato excepcional.

I am not being hyperbolic, Miguel is the best driving teacher, and I've looked far and wide. I have been driving for about 40 years now and I have licences in Australia and the Philippines and I have driven in the US, Australia, Spain, Germany, UK, Philippines, New Caledonia and Tahiti. When I first did my Spanish theoretical driving test in English, I had no idea what I was doing and did very little research. I got 5 mistakes. This was in Pamplona. I then took some online tests via Practicatest for a week and tried again and this time I got 4 mistakes. I searched around the internet and wrote and called a lot of other instructors. Miguel responded and after a quick phone call, I enrolled with him for a review course. He was able to get me the Spanish driving book in English, some quality tests that were much harder than the other ones I took, and a few zoom sessions where we could review . I passed the theory on my 3rd go without a single mistake ! Nothing to be proud about but had I gone straight to Miguel, I would have not wasted time and money on those first 2 tests. My Spanish is intermediate so I took some practical lessons in Navarra thinking I would be fine. It was a disaster and I gave up after 5 classes. First of all, the instructor did not speak English even if they claimed they did, second, their curriculum really catered for kids getting their licences for the first time and finally they were very gruffy driving instructors. They never explained anything and I was at a loss as to what was right and what was wrong. I approached 10 (yes, that many) different schools in Pamplona and they did not give me the time of day because they had zero english and catered to much younger students. I could hear them turning me away as soon as I walked through their doors. Again, I reached out to Miguel. I travelled from Pamplona to Gijon Istayed in a hotel for a little over a week for the lessons and the exam. After 7 driving lessons, I took the test and passed the first time. Since I had not been to Gijon before, the biggest challenge was not knowing the general area. Miguel and I spoke mostly in English except for when he had to simulate what the DGT testers would say. Miguel explained everything to me in such a way that it was very clear. I asked sooo many questions but he never lost his enthusiasm in teaching me correctly and always with a smile. If you are new to Spain and have learned to drive somewhere else like me, I wholeheartedly recommend Autoescuela Palomera Magnus. If you need your lessons in english, then Miguel is the best there is.
