I am a qualified personal trainer with a background in physiology and nutrition (BSc with Honours). Alongside formal education, I’ve spent years continuing to develop my knowledge through hands-on coaching experience and ongoing learning.

I’m most proud of helping clients build confidence in their bodies and feel stronger in their everyday lives. Seeing someone move from feeling unsure or disconnected to becoming consistent, capable, and confident is what makes the biggest difference long-term.
