Planning our wedding in Mallorca from the UK felt like a huge task, but Heartbeat made it seamless and joyful from start to finish. Jackie and Luna were simply amazing—so kind, attentive, and incredibly organized. They were with us every step of the way and stayed on the day from the very beginning right through to the end of the party, making sure everything ran perfectly. The decor was absolutely stunning—elegant, romantic, and exactly what we had envisioned. They truly brought our ideas to life. The suppliers they recommended were spot on: the bridal makeup artist was fantastic, and every vendor—from the glasses and napkins, to the lighting team—everything was a perfect fit. As the bride and groom, we felt completely relaxed on the day, knowing everything was running smoothly and to plan. Even when we asked for last-minute changes the day before or on the day itself, Jackie and Luna handled it all with patience, helpfulness, and always a smile. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, DJ Boris had everyone on the dance floor all evening with the perfect playlist, and Chef Max’s food was out of this world—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! The service on the day was impeccable, and the whole team made us and our guests feel so special. We genuinely had the time of our lives, and we’re so grateful to Jackie, Luna, and the entire Heartbeat team. If you’re planning a wedding in Mallorca, look no further—Heartbeat is the dream team!
