La Van Mallorca - Catering and Event Services

Mi nombre es Nicole y soy de Puerto Rico. Durante la ilusión de buscar servicios de catering y eventos en Mallorca para realizar una boda de destino tuve la oportunidad/dicha de coincidir con La Van Mallorca. Desde el momento que me puse en contacto con ellos fueron atentos, dispuestos y respondieron cada una de nuestras preguntas y solicitudes. En enero 2025 coordinamos una prueba de menú, en la cual tomaron en consideración cada detalle y todo aquello que soñaba darle a los invitados para que degustaran un poco de lo que es la comida típica española, la gastronomía mallorquina, incluyendo mis gustos específicos y aquello que disfruto comer cuando visito la isla. En esta degustación, Max y su equipo de trabajo nos dieron un servicio de excelencia, disfrutamos de cada uno de los platos, aún no superamos los sliders (una delicia), cada plato fue un disfrute, una experiencia culinaria 20/10. En este transcurso de aperitivo, cena, postre tuvimos la oportunidad de aclarar muchas dudas, de recibir recomendaciones, nos sentimos escuchados y atendidos. En conclusión, una cena, una experiencia y un servicio para recordar y atesorar toda la vida. Si tienen un evento, actividad, boda, no tengan la mínima duda, La Van Mallorca les va asistir y hacer sentir tranquilos en todo el proceso. Ah y que no se me olvide mencionar, la paella, fue una verdadera delicia. Gracias Gracias Gracias hicieron de mi viaje a Mallorca uno inolvidable.

Max and the entire La Van team did an amazing job resulting in an unforgettable wedding! Absolutely faultless catering company from start to finish. We feel so grateful to have had the La Van team organising our wedding catering in Mallorca. Max and his team are incredibly professional, they allow you to give as much or as little input into your special day or event as you would like, and provide an incredibly high standard of delicious food. From Seabass ceviche, BBQ'd leg of lamb or a Persian inspired feasting dinner, they really couldn't be faulted. The La Van food truck is also brilliant for late night tacos! Absolutely thrilled that we chose La Van to cater our post-wedding pool party! I can't recommend them highly enough, put them to the top of your list if you are looking for Mallorca caterers. Max made everything so easy from the very start; tailoring the menu, travelling to our venue a couple of months before to ensure smooth execution on the day, quick and transparent communication. The day itself was flawless.... The team arrived early, the van and set-up was picture perfect and they set-up two drinks sub-stations to fit in with the venue (one by the pool / one by the terrace) which looked great and made sure guests weren't waiting. Food was flowing throughout with no delays / running out of things (which I thought could be possible as we had 70 guests and you can't predict when they will go up / which of the choices they will go for). All were delicious and well presented and guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was. There were plenty of staff all smiling and keen to serve drinks / help. They were still serving drinks after the agreed finish time whilst they began their pack up which was an unexpected bonus! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
